Surface preparation
- Solvent clean to standard SSPC SP1
- Mask unwanted blast and paint area
- Blasting standard : SA 2.5 SSPC SP10
- Abrasive : Garnet
- Mesh : 30/60
- Achor profile : 50-70µm

Coating System as per PTS 15.20.03 (N1-A System)

Primer (Inorganic Zinc Silicate Primer)- Resist 78 - 75µm (Grey)
Intermediate (High Solid Epoxy) - Penguard Midcoat -150µm (Grey 78)
Finishing (Aliphatic Polyurethane) - Hardtop XP - 60µm (BS 4800 00 E SS - White) - user can specify colour
Total = 285µm

- Blasting & Painting procedure (to be reviewed and approved by user prior to testing)
- Blasting & Painting result and report as per PTS standard
