Aluminized Gloves (AL165)

The Aluminized Gloves come with one pair. 

16 Inch / 40CM length. Standards: EN407, EN388

Blue eagle aluminized clothing (heat protective clothing) offers excellent protection against radiant heat and molten metal splashes, and is suitable for use in steel mills, metal foundries, glass work, and other places with high level of radiant heat.

Our product is made by fiberglass and Kevlar along with coating Aluminized on outer layer of the product. The wearable part of the product that contact with our skin, we use 100% Kevlar material to made as a inner layer to wear and the most importantly Kevlar are heat-resistant and strong synthetic fiber that can stand for high temperature level, tear and cut resistant. Also Kevlar is a well-known component of personal armor such as ballistic vest or bulletproof vest protect for kinetic projectile.

Burning behaviour (EN ISO 6941):

When tested in accordance with EN ISO 6941, the superb aluminized gloves exceed the highest class (Level 4) requirement.

Limited flame spread (ISO 15025):

When tested in accordance with ISO 15025 procedure A, the superb aluminized fabric passes the highest requirement (A1) of limited flame spread.

Convective heat (ISO 9151):

When tested in accordance with ISO 9151, the superb aluminized fabric shows an excellent result (B2) in the convective heat performance test. The result shows that the RHTI 24 value = 13.5 s.

Molten aluminum splash (ISO 9185):

When tested in accordance with ISO 9185, the superb aluminized fabric exceeds the highest class (D3) requirement in the molten aluminum splash performance test. The result shows that the weight of molten aluminum splash is greater than 350 g, while the skin simulant is still undamaged.
